An important note about our credit card and debit card processing for online sales…
Our credit processor and the credit card companies require us to verify the 3- or 4-digit security code (CVV2 or CVC2) on each sale. However,
our gift certificate service does not capture this information. Therefore we have three options to get this number from you:
1) You email it to us [admin@ahealingtouchmassage.com]. If you email us, you only need include your gift certificate number or full name
followed by a space and the code number.
2) You phone us with the number [480-215-9471]. If you phone us and it goes to voicemail, just leave your name and the code number.
3) We phone you to get this number to complete your sale. If you choose to have us call you, all we will need is the code number.
Your gift certificate will not be validated for use until we are able to complete the transaction with this information.

What is the security code and where do I find it?
In addition to your credit card number, the magnetic strip on the back of your card contains an extra number. Visa calls this a Card Verification Value (CVV)
and MasterCard calls it Card Validation Code (CVC). When you swipe your credit card in a store, this code is verified during the authorization. The code is
never printed or stored, thus making it more secure.
When you use your credit card online or on the phone, this extra validation step cannot be performed since your card is not swiped. To help prevent fraud
in these situations, CVV2 and CVC2 were developed. This is the 3 digit code on the right hand end of the signature panel. (On American Express cards it
is 4 digits and it’s on the front of the card.) By verifying the CVV2 code of your card, we can be sure you have the card in front of you. This along with
address and zip code verification (AVS) is used to prevent fraud.
We have been processing credit cards manually with the same processor (CellCharge) for over four years and have had zero problems. Your security
